03No affiliation
Kali is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game, platform, or software vendor.
04Scripts and third-party content
The script catalog and community contributions are provided as they are. We do not audit every script, and running untrusted code is at your own risk.
05Availability
Kali is beta software. Features may change or break, and downloads or services may be interrupted or discontinued without notice.
06Disclaimer of warranty
Kali and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or penalties or bans imposed by third parties in connection with your use of Kali.

You agree to indemnify the project and its contributors against claims arising from your use or misuse of Kali.
09Termination
We may suspend access to hosted services if you breach these terms. You can stop using Kali and delete it at any time.
10Changes
Updated terms are posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Kali after a change means you accept it.
