Privacy Policy

This website. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics: page views, referrer, the approximate region derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. We do not run accounts, and we never ask for your name or email unless you choose to contact us.

The Kali app. Kali runs on your machine. It does not upload your scripts, your game data, or your files. To keep builds working we may send anonymous version-check pings and crash reports that contain the app version and your operating system — nothing that identifies you.

We keep this to a minimum. The site may store a preference or two in your browser and set a first-party analytics cookie. There is no cross-site or advertising tracking.

• Operate, secure, and improve the site and the app.
• Diagnose crashes and regressions.
• Understand roughly how many people use each build so we can support them.

We do not sell data. A small number of processors help us run the project — hosting and CDN, analytics, and crash aggregation — and each is bound by its own terms. We will disclose information if we are legally required to.

• Aggregate analytics: up to 24 months.
• Crash reports: up to 12 months.
• Messages you send us: as long as needed to resolve them.

• Block analytics with a content blocker or a Do Not Track setting.
• Run the app offline to skip update and telemetry pings.
• Ask us to delete any contact history via Discord.

Kali is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your region. Please do not use it if you are below that age.

When this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes are announced on the site and in our Discord.
